Hi, I am Jose Gutierrez
I am 27 years old and I am an athlete who lives a healthy lifestyle. I have been working out and focusing on nutrition for 3 years now. Growing up I struggled with gaining weight and putting on muscle which lead to many injuries from sports and other athletic activities.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work and a right-minded diet. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
